Ross Geyer is the Pastor and Director of Obadiah's House Ministries Inc. in Fort Worth, Texas. The Mission of this Church and Ministry to reclaim God's treasure out of the darkness of sin by proclaiming the message of Christ and ministry to the needs of the men God brings to the home. 

Ross grew up in a broken and very dysfunctional home. He found love and ministry in a small Baptist Church. Amid the chaos of his home his church discovered his gift from God to preach. That little church heard Ross' preach and encouraged him to enter a preaching contest for boys. He won that contest at the age of thirteen and soon was serving as a pastor. 

After graduating from high school-God called Ross to Oklahoma Baptist University. Ross earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Speech from Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Oklahoma in 1970. Ross has three adult children: Glen Geyer, Kevin Geyer and Shawna Lewis, with five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. 

He has served in the role of pastor for almost sixty-four years. For many years he has been a full time pastor in churches in Oklahoma and Illinois. But for the forty years he has lived and served the Lord he has been a bi-vocational pastor in Fort Worth, Texas. Serving churches that cannot afford a full time pastor. 

        Twenty years ago, Ross and his wife, Jorja together confirmed the leadership of the Holy Spirit that they should begin a church and ministry to minister to men coming out of prison, drug and alcohol addiction and a multitude of other issues by creating a church and transitional home. A place where they can have their needs met and they are discipled by the Word. This place created and led by the Holy Spirit is called Obadiah's House. 

 Ross serves as the pastor of this church and ministry. Along with his wife, Jorja, they share a love and burden for the broken men who come to the home and ministry. The ministry is led and sustained by the Holy Spirit. It is a tough ministry. But the Spirit has been faithful to bring blessings and provisions for the ministry. The vision is to see that all who come here are secure in Christ and are growing and changing under the leadership of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit sustains this church and ministry.
